How does the sunrise alarm work?

The Restore Sunrise Alarm mimics a natural dawn to gently wake up with light before your alarm sounds. This gradual exposure to light prompts your brain to release cortisol, the hormone that cues your body to wake naturally and gently.

What is Hatch+?

Hatch+ is an optional subscription that give you access to exclusive sleep content.Your Restore comes with a free 1-month trial on the annual plan that renews at $70 CAD/year, or a 7-day trial on the monthly plan that renews for $7 CAD/month.
